This is part of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver\u2019s (REBGV), and the more than 15,000 REALTORS\u00ae it represents, commitment to helping residents understand housing market trends in the region over time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRealtors believe in helping Metro Vancouverites make informed, \u00a0home buying and selling decisions,\u201d Jeff King, REBGV CEO said. \u201cProviding this additional layer of information will help resident better prepare for their next real estate transaction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>How do I find historical sales prices on Realtor.ca?\u00a0Look on a listing\u2019s information page on Realtor.ca, just under the property details, in a section labeled \u2018Price History\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>How far back will historical home sale prices be displayed?\u00a0Historical sale prices will be displayed on all active listings for every sale associated with that address going back as far as the MLS\u00ae data exists, excluding the 12 months immediately preceding the listing date.<\/p>\n<p>So, for example, if a home is listed on August 30, 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A sale price from January 3, 2022 would not display<\/li>\n<li>A sale price from August 18, 2021 would display<\/li>\n<li>A sale price from September 12, 2009 would display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><u>Please always feel free to reach out to Julia for clarification and further details!\u00a0<\/u><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can now find historical home sale prices on REALTOR.ca for homes actively listed for sale in Metro Vancouver.
