Only 7,608 properties were on the market in the entire Greater Vancouver Region this January – a number that has only been surpassed twice in recent history in January 2022 with an inventory level of 6,234 (1,374 fewer homes), and in January 2006 with an inventory of 7,539 (69 fewer homes.)
